Uplift Health is an integrative medicine clinic that allows you to receive one-on-one care from a trusted family medicine physician. We provide complementary alternative medicine consultation and coordination of care. As a member you will have ready access to a physician who communicates with you on a regular basis.

Our physician’s goal is to take the time to understand your current medical symptoms, past diagnosis, and review health goals for you or your family member’s health journey. We’re here to develop patient-centered lifestyle modifications, give recommendations on complementary and alternative (CAM) therapies, and communicate with your primary care physician to improve your health.
